YOGALATES

Breath, stability, ease. Yogalates blends slow, mindful Vinyasa with targeted Pilates movements, using resistance bands to activate muscle groups. You’ll leave refreshed and relaxed.

VINYASA

A free-flowing class where we meet ourselves where we’re at. Expect short and sweet meditation, a full-body warm up, and creative, potent Vinyasa sequencing. Class ends with relaxing savasana.

KIDS AND FAMILY YOGA

Playful, imaginative, and age-appropriate classes introduce yoga postures, breath awareness, and relaxation tools through story-based movement and yoga games. Perfect for your preschool, school group, or party! I hold CORI/SORI clearance; references available.

I’m a yogi, dog lover, sci-fi fan, and E-CYT500 (Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training). My classes are based on movement science, using the mechanics of the physical body as a gateway to self-study and the connection of body and mind.

I hold several certifications, including 200YTT, 300YTT, Yogalates, Cosmic Kids Yoga, and Reiki I.

I’ve also received training and guidance in many areas, including trauma-informed teaching, functional anatomy, restorative yoga, and meditation.
