I’m a yogi, dog lover, sci-fi fan, and E-CYT500. I teach casual, effective flow-style yoga on the North Shore. My classes are rooted in movement science, using the mechanics of the physical body as a gateway to self-study and the connection of body and mind.

I hold several certifications and draw inspiration from all, including 200YTT, 300YTT, Yogalates, Kids Yoga, and Reiki.

I’ve also received training and guidance in many areas, including trauma-informed teaching, functional anatomy, and meditation.
