YOGALATES
Breath, stability, ease. Yogalates blends slow, mindful Vinyasa with targeted Pilates movements, using resistance bands to activate muscle groups. You’ll leave class refreshed, grounded, and strong.

VINYASA
A free-flowing class where we meet ourselves. You can expect short and sweet meditation, a full-body warm up, and creative, potent Vinyasa sequencing. Class ends with relaxing savasana.
