Hi, I’m April. I’m so glad you’re here!

I teach casual, effective, flow-style yoga based on movement science.

I love working in my community. You can find me teaching at local yoga studios, wellness centers, athletic clubs, and colleges. During the school year, I teach yoga to preschoolers.

In addition to group classes, I also teach private and semi-private sessions, custom series of small group classes (perfect for your workplace or social club!), events, and pop-ups.

YOGALATES

Breath, stability, ease. Yogalates blends slow, mindful Vinyasa with targeted Pilates movements, using resistance bands to activate muscle groups. You’ll leave class refreshed, grounded, and strong.
